Membership 2025

Membership of the club is open to all from junior level to a seasoned bowler. For first time bowlers we have equipment on hand plus tuition from our two qualified coaches to show you the basics of the game. All you need is to make sure you have a pair of flat sole shoes in order to play on the green. For the Club's Safeguarding Policy click here.

Full Membership.

This is a cost payable directly to the BCGBA by any Member who wishes to play in any of our league teams. A cost of £5 is payable if a member needs a replacement card.

Student Membership  (16+ but still attending College full time)

Junior Membership (from 10 to 16 years of age)

Social Membership ​(Entitles one to participate in all social events, and permits the member to bowl up to three times per year for a cost of £1.50 per session, more sessions can be arranged at the discretion of a Committee member).

Guest Fee per visit - Any member can invite a guest (s) to come along and enjoy a game of bowls. All guests must be signed in by the member in the book provided.

Membership offers an opportunity to take part in all social bowling days and the many competitive teams that the club enters in both the Harrogate and Tadcaster  Leagues. 

Social bowling is open to all members and there are many internal club events throughout the year.
